You can book through the Airbnb or VRBO links provided on our "Vacation Homes" page or book directly through us on our "Book Your Stay" page. We will send an invoice directly to your email address along with the cancellation policy for you to agree and sign. We will process your credit card payment through Square.

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that. 

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM depending on the property. Please check your welcome book for details.

For most properties, Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2-3 nights, but it varies by property.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.

Yes, fresh linens are provided on all beds and the appropriate number of towels are provided based on the number of guests in your party.

Yes, there is one cleaning fee per stay that is a set rate based on the property. This fee is separate from the nightly rate.

We understand that this can be inconvenient to have to remove the trash from the property during your stay, however, mountain towns often do not provide trash services throughout the village or town due to dispersed property locations and difficult roads. Therefore, a centralized community waste center is provided.
